Blueberry Ice Cream

Chocolate and cherries are a match made in heaven. This Low FODMAP black forest smoothie is a decadent treat that can be enjoyed as a dessert or a nutritious breakfast. It’s delicious and packed with nutrients that will help you jump start your day. Visit this recipe page for more details.

Smoked Salmon Salad With Red Wine Vinaigrette

Enjoy a light and easy lunch or dinner with this smoked salmon salad. This is one of the easiest SIBO diet recipes I ever made. You can make it under 15 minutes with simple ingredients like arugula, spinach, zucchinis, and smoked salmon. Drizzle the red wine vinaigrette over the top, scatter with sesame seeds, and enjoy. Access the recipe here.

Tuna Poké Bowl

You don’t have to go to Hawaii just to enjoy this exquisite tuna poké bowl. My own version of the  Hawaiian classic dish is made with cubed sashimi-grade raw ahi tuna, jasmine or basmati rice and toppings like avocado, cucumber, red cabbage, and sesame seeds. The contrast of the warm rice and cold tuna makes it a refreshing summer dish. Check out the full details of this recipe here.

Cevapcici

These cevapcici or skinless meat sausages are inspired by my travels around Croatia. They are cooked on the grill which imparts a lovely smoky flavour. To give this dish a unique texture, mix three different types of meat such as beef, pork and lamb. I also recommend using higher fat meat to keep the cevapcici succulent and tender. These are delicious served with a Greek Style Salad and a dollop of smoked paprika mayonnaise. Learn how to cook them here.
