The Healthy Gut Cancellation Policy

This is the Cancellation Policy for The Healthy Gut 1-1 consultations and services. We appreciate that life can get busy and that there can be events outside of your control, however we request that you communicate with us as soon as you know there is an issue with attending your appointment so we can support you. 1-1 Consultation Cancellation Policy

We request that any cancellations or change of date requests are made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled call.

48 hours+ prior to your call

You can reschedule your call up to 48 hours prior to your call free of charge. We request that you use the link in your calendar booking to find a new date/time that is suitable for you, as this will automatically amend the booking for you and your practitioner.

24-48 hours prior to your call

If you need to reschedule your call 24-48 hours prior to your call, we reserve the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee. You will be refunded the remaining 50% via the payment method used at the time of booking.

Less than 24 hours, Same day cancellations or no shows

We reserve the right to apply a 100% cancellation fee for cancellations made within 24 hours of the call, same day cancellations and no shows, as this does not provide us with sufficient time to rebook the appointment with someone else.

Cancellations by The Healthy Gut

If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will endeavour to provide you with as much notice as possible and look for an alternative date/time that is suitable for you. If we are unable to find a suitable date/time, we will provide you with a full refund.

Please note, if you are a new client to The Healthy Gut and have not submitted your New Client Intake Health Questionnaire 48 hours prior to your call, we reserve the right to cancel/reschedule your call. We allow one reschedule without a cancellation fee being applied, but if the intake form has not been supplied 48 hours prior to the second or subsequent reschedules, the above cancellation fees will apply.

Extenuating Circumstances

We appreciate there are times when extenuating circumstances prevent you form providing notice in a timely manner. If you experience a medical or family emergency, we may waive the cancellation fee. Please contact us at [email protected] to discuss your circumstances with us.
