Hear what others have to say about the SIBO Cookbooks
“I have heard much praise from my patients for Rebecca’s work. What used to be a cause for anxiety, constructing a meal plan on the SIBO Bi-Phasic Diet has become much easier with her helpful cookbooks. In my years of treating SIBO, the most difficult commitment for my patients has been the diet. I am so glad Rebecca has written SIBO cookbooks, and look forward to recommending her books to my patients to make their treatment a little less daunting and a little more delicious.”

Hi, do you have anything vegetarian friendly?
Hi Kate
I don’t have a vegetarian specific cookbook yet, although I am working on one. For now, my SIBO Soups eCookbook has a whole chapter of vegetarian and vegan soups which might be a good option to get you started?
Kind regards
Rebecca
Hello, these cookbooks look great, but looking through your website, none of these diets should be undertaken for more than 6 months? So, these recipes would be temporary? What do SIBO sufferers do after 6 months?
Hi Jennifer
A SIBO diet is just there to control symptoms and is used when a SIBO patient is suffering from them. However, it should only be followed for 6 months as it can negatively impact the broader microbiome. Given a SIBO diet is not a form of treatment, you should be using it in conjunction with a treatment protocol (eg. antibiotics, herbs or the liquid elemental diet). You can read more about SIBO treatments here. After your treatment protocol has concluded you should be feeling well enough to expand your diet. The goal is to have you back to a broader range of foods as quickly as possible, and not get stuck on a restrictive SIBO diet long term.
Hi Rebecca, How do I get you cookbook in the UK
Hi Sita
You can order it from my website and it will be shipped to you.
Rebecca
Hi Rebecca, may I ask what the difference is between the US & AU book. Is it just the measurements? Thank you.
Hi Sinead
The Australian cookbook uses metric measurements and Australian ingredient names. The US cookbook uses imperial measurements and US ingredient names. If only both countries used the same measurements and ingredient names, life would be much simpler. 😉

Hi Rebecca,
Do you know if the recipes can be helpful for dogs as well? (I know dogs cannot eat everything). My dog was diagnosed with SIBO and his vet keeps sending him medication without a preventable diet.
Thanks and I look forward to your response!
Hi Lelis
I haven’t written these recipes for dogs so I’m not sure how many would be suitable for him, as many foods us humans can eat aren’t suitable for dogs. It’s probably best you have a chat to your vet about what diet he sees work best for other dogs with SIBO.
Hi Rebecca, do you have any idea of when your Family Favourites (aus) cookbook will be available. Thanks, Kylie:)
Hi Kylie
Given everything that’s going on in the world at the moment with COVID-19, I won’t be re-printing these books any time soon unfortunately.
Rebecca
I would like to drop a note just to say thank you…. so so so much for the information, the knowledge that you shared. I really appreciate your passion and your generosity to share it with the community.
I’m recently diagnosed with SIBO – actually i was struggling with my digestion for a few months, all other tests didnt give me an answer – doctors keep give me different kind of medications i think even made the Sibo worse. Only when i watched your youtube video and i thought maybe it’s Sibo and i convinced my doctor to get the breath test.
Thanks to you now i know what is the issue (i know there are underlying causes but at least now i have some direction and hope.
The link to your sample of breakfast recipes is not working. Is there another way to get it?
Thank you
Hi Duane
I’m not sure where you are seeing the link – did you mean the pop up?

Hello
Are your cookbooks mainly for people who are on the regular Bi-Phasic Diet stage 2?
I’m presently working through phase 2 of the H/BPD and wondering if your cookbooks would be a great fit.
I love your podcasts! Your honesty, openness and willingness to help others is a God send. Thank you for that!!
Hi Alison, yes, they’re based on the ‘regular’ Bi Phasic Diet. I will be writing a histamine focussed SIBO cookbook in the future, but sadly it’s not ready for you yet.
I have my email to get a sample of your breakfast recipes but the link to download doesn’t seem to work. Can you help? Thanks
Hi Damian
I will send you an email.
Kind regards
Rebecca
Hello Rebecca, Yesterday I put in an order for SIBO Family Favourites and SIBO Holiday Cookbook, but I am not sure if it went through as nothing has come out of my bank account yet. I used my Visa card. Could you let me know please. If it hasn’t gone through I will re order them. I am enjoying your Summer cook book and your meal plan. It has helped me heaps. Thank you for writing such excellent books for me. Kind regards Helen Day
Hi Helen
Thanks for your message. I’ve checked my system and your order wasn’t successfully completed, which is why you haven’t seen anything come off your card. Would you be able to try again? You can call me on 0416922191 if you need any assistance in placing your order.
Kind regards
Rebecca
I was diagnosed with SIBO earlier this year. My doctor gave me a pamphlet outlining dietary requirements and an advert for your book. I bought it off your website and found it to be very informative and helpful. Unfortunately, I have had a recurrence and have been advised by my doctor to repeat the treatment regime. I now realise I need to persevere for a long period of time. Your books have provided the support I have needed in understand this condition and to make changes to my eating habits as well as important lifestyle changes.
My advice would be to look at discussing with an integrated doctor that can treat the Sibo with both diet and antibiotics. You will progress far quicker.
I have your 2 cookbooks and the Christmas e-book. I find all the recipes very flavoursome. Please let me know when you release any new cook books.
