I just wanted to say ( having literally just finished eating the butter chicken) that your recipe book is fast becoming the most important book I’ve ever bought! The chicken was actually delicious! I’ve been battling SIBO since diagnosis in January… and losing. I’m not a good cook or even a fan of cooking so I did the classic thing of finding a few things I was allowed and stuck to them. My weekly meals were bland and I was getting pretty down about the restrictions and sometimes cheating to just eat something with flavour.
When I had my last test to find out the months of dieting, supplements, antibiotics had almost had no effect and my test was still positive I was extremely low.
But My specialist took a look at my food diary and saw the issue! I bought the recipe book and have been inspired by your writing and feel like I’m turning a corner. So. Thank you thank you thank you. You might have actually converted me to a willing cook!!

I was diagnosed with SIBO last year and while I’ve improved alot after antibiotic treatment, I am careful with what I eat sticking to the Phase 2 diet mostly.
Your recipes have helped so much with meal ideas – especially when I was starting off.
