    I just wanted you to know that I do appreciate all you do for us SIBO sisters out there. And again, if it wasn’t for your cookbooks, I don’t know how I would have survived last winter.

    Months of SIBO treatment weren’t working, I was still bloating every time I ate, and at the end of my rope. When my ND suggested the Bi-Phasic diet I wanted to jump off a bridge. I had no idea how to incorporate the eat/don’t eat foods and no energy to go searching the internet for recipes to scrape together meal plans.

    You made it so easy for me! And made it easy for cooking for SIBO with a family who doesn’t have SIBO! I would just make the protein and side dishes and if they wanted a starch, they would prepare it themselves.
