Hi Rebecca,
I’ve just downloaded my copy of the Christmas cookbook and wanted to say congratulations – it’s awesome.
I’m just finishing up an elemental diet, so this is perfect for my transition back into real food, but also, the recipes are suitable for anyone because they are much healthier than the typical sugar laden Christmas food.
I can’t wait until I can eat real food again to try some of these out!
