Thai style marinated chicken drumsticks recipe

These Thai style marinated chicken drumsticks really are the perfect picnic food as they can be served hot or cold and are so easy to serve. And we think they're best eaten with fingers (not a knife and fork in sight!).

The zingy marinade really makes these pack a flavour punch and we're betting that everyone will want the recipe for these.

They're easy to cook in bulk so you can feed a hungry crowd.  Simply double, triple or quadruple the recipe depending on how many you are feeding.

And at the end of the day, you can sit back and relax knowing you're eating delicious SIBO friendly chicken drumsticks.
