- 4 oz smoked salmon, free from sugar and nitrates, diced
- ¼ English cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 scallions, sliced
- ¼ avocado, sliced
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 2 tsp fresh dill, chopped finely
- Salt and pepper
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl, except the avocado.
- Place the sliced avocado on a plate.
- Place the tartare ingredients on top and serve immediately.
