Smoked Salmon Tartare


  • 4 oz smoked salmon, free from sugar and nitrates, diced
  • ¼ English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 scallions, sliced
  • ¼ avocado, sliced
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • 2 tsp fresh dill, chopped finely
  • Salt and pepper


  • Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl, except the avocado.
  • Place the sliced avocado on a plate.
  • Place the tartare ingredients on top and serve immediately.
