4 oz smoked salmon, free from sugar and nitrates, diced
¼ English cucumber, thinly sliced
2 scallions, sliced
¼ avocado, sliced
1 tbs olive oil
2 tbs lemon juice
2 tsp fresh dill, chopped finely
Salt and pepper
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl, except the avocado.
Place the sliced avocado on a plate.
Place the tartare ingredients on top and serve immediately.
