- 7oz raw turkey breast
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 small cucumber, sliced
- 2 radish, sliced
- 4 small lettuce leaves
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Method
- Heat a grill over medium heat.
- Rub the turkey breast with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Place the turkey on the grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from the heat and slice thinly.
- Place the cucumber, radish and lettuce leaves on a place. Top with turkey slices. Enjoy immediately.
