Get my quick and easy low histamine turkey salad, the perfect quick meal when you are in a histamine flare. Packed with flavour and lots of crunch.

Turkey Salad (786 × 1024 Px) (1)


  • 7oz raw turkey breast
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 small cucumber, sliced
  • 2 radish, sliced
  • 4 small lettuce leaves
  • Salt & pepper, to taste


  • Heat a grill over medium heat.
  • Rub the turkey breast with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Place the turkey on the grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from the heat and slice thinly.
  • Place the cucumber, radish and lettuce leaves on a place. Top with turkey slices. Enjoy immediately.
