Succulent grilled beef and fresh veggies make for a delicious yet speedy low histamine buddha bowl. Also suitable for a SIBO diet.

Ingredients
- 7 oz organic beef steak, thinly sliced
- 1.5 oz rice noodles
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1/2 small cucumber, sliced
- 2 radish, sliced
- Handful cilantro
Method
- Thread the thinly sliced steak onto bamboo or metal skewers. Grill until cooked to your liking. Set aside.
- Cook the rice noodles according to the packet instructions. Drain.
- Place the rice noodles in the bottom of a large bowl. Top with the carrot, cucumber, radish and skewers. Sprinkle with cilantro.
- Enjoy immediately.
Note
- As you recover from your histamine flare, you can add 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds to this dish.
- Aged beef is high in histamines so speak to your butcher and ask for fresh beef.
