Succulent grilled beef and fresh veggies make for a delicious yet speedy low histamine buddha bowl. Also suitable for a SIBO diet.

Buddha Bowl With Beef Skewers (786 × 1024 Px)


  • 7 oz organic beef steak, thinly sliced
  • 1.5 oz rice noodles
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 small cucumber, sliced
  • 2 radish, sliced
  • Handful cilantro


  • Thread the thinly sliced steak onto bamboo or metal skewers. Grill until cooked to your liking. Set aside.
  • Cook the rice noodles according to the packet instructions. Drain.
  • Place the rice noodles in the bottom of a large bowl. Top with the carrot, cucumber, radish and skewers. Sprinkle with cilantro.
  • Enjoy immediately.


  • As you recover from your histamine flare, you can add 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds to this dish.
  • Aged beef is high in histamines so speak to your butcher and ask for fresh beef.
