Low Histamine Blueberry Smoothie


  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ¼ cup tinned coconut milk (no gums or thickeners)
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tbs MCT oil or coconut oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ cup ice cubes


  • Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blitz until well combined. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

      MCT oil stands for Medium-Chain Triglycerides. I buy it from my local health food store. I buy coconut oil from my local supermarket or health food store.
