During the summer months, an iced coffee can be the perfect pick me up.

Iced Coffee
- 2 shots (2 oz) espresso
- 2 cups almond milk, unsweetened
- 2-4 drops liquid stevia, no inulin
- Ice
Iced Chocolate
- 1 tbs raw cocoa powder
- 3 tbs boiling water
- 2 cups almond milk, unsweetened
- ½ tsp vanilla powder
- 2-4 drops liquid stevia, no inulin
- Ice
Method
Iced Coffee
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and whizz until combined. Serve over more ice if desired.
Iced Chocolate
- In a small glass, pour the boiling water over the cacao powder and mix into a paste.
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and whizz until combined. Serve over more ice if desired.
Note
- For an extra indulgent treat, top with a scoop of chocolate chip ice cream.
