Ginger, lemon and turmeric tea is not only delicious but is full of anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and detoxification properties.
4 slices of lemon
1 tbs ginger, grated
1 tbs fresh turmeric, grated
4 cups boiling water
Optional extra: 1-2 tsp raw organic honey (only use if honey is tolerated)
Place all ingredients in a large coffee plunger. Let the tea steep for 5 minutes before pressing the plunger down before serving
This can be drunk hot or cold
