Ingredients

  • 4 slices of lemon
  • 1 tbs ginger, grated
  • 1 tbs fresh turmeric, grated
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • Optional extra: 1-2 tsp raw organic honey (only use if honey is tolerated)

Method

  • Place all ingredients in a large coffee plunger. Let the tea steep for 5 minutes before pressing the plunger down before serving.
  • This can be drunk hot or cold.
