Sometimes you don’t feel like a large breakfast, so these breakfast smoothies are lovely and refreshing on a warm summer’s morning.

Beat the Blues
- ½ cup blueberries
- 8 oz almond milk, unsweetened
- ½ tbs coconut oil
- 1 tsp raw organic honey
- ½ tsp vanilla powder
- Ice
Strawberry Delight
- ½ cup strawberries
- 8 oz almond milk, unsweetened
- ½ tbs coconut oil
- 1 tsp raw organic honey
- ½ tsp vanilla powder

Banana Magic
- ½ banana
- 8 oz almond milk, unsweetened
- ½ tbs coconut oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp raw organic honey
- Ice
Method
- Place all ingredients for a smoothie combination into the blender and blend until combined. Serve over extra ice cubes and enjoy immediately.
Note
- If making all three smoothies at the same time, rinse out the blender between each flavour.
- Vanilla powder is 100% ground vanilla beans and can be found in health food stores.
- Each smoothie serves 1.

You want to use 100% pure vanilla – basically ground vanilla beans. If you can’t find these, just use a vanilla pod and scrape out the vanilla seeds.
