WHAT IS A SIBO DIET

A SIBO diet is designed to help improve or calm your SIBO symptoms by reducing the amount of fermentable carbohydrates in your diet. It also gives you a good opportunity to reconnect with your body by watching and listening to your symptoms. It’s important to note however that by its very nature, a SIBO diet should only be temporary. Most doctors recommend only a maximum of 6 months for the time spent on a SIBO diet plan.

This version packs a flavour punch and tastes just as good as the real thing, without causing any irritation. This dish will become a family favourite as it is easy to make, fills the house with a wonderful aroma and is delicious.

Low FODMAP Diet

The Low FODMAP diet restricts certain types of carbohydrates: Fermentable Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides, Monosaccharides And Polyols (FODMAPs). It is not designed specifically for SIBO, however it can still be used as a SIBO diet by patients experiencing mild symptoms.
