One of the hardest things about going onto a SIBO friendly protocol or bi-phasic diet is recipe ideas/foods that you can eat which are SIBO compliant. This meal plan took the headache out of meal planning. It also includes a handy list of which vegies/foods you can have in the same document – which helps with cooking other dishes.
