  1. Hi Rebecca
Thank you for all this fabulous work!
I have a question, excuse me, I can’t find the transcript of this podcast. I find the transcripts from episode 57 to 82. But there is nothing else before 57, is it normal ?

    1. Hi Ella
Access to the transcripts became available for members of The Healthy Gut podcast from Season 2. I did have Season 1 transcripts on my old website, but unfortunately that broke and I lost the content (soooo sad!).
      Rebecca

  2. Thank you for sharing this, I realised from listening to your podcast that I have been affected by things that have happened in my life as well. I guess I didn’t realise how big of an impact those things had on me. Different to your experiences but how I could relate to this was by how you reacted to it/how you tried to cope with it and how it made you feel about yourself – I had tried to deal with my problems in a similar way and felt a similar way about myself. So sorry you had to go through all this Rebecca but its great to see you are doing so much better now and its an inspiration to so many people.
