  1. Hi Rebecca,
This podcast came at perfect timing for me as I’m about to embark on the elemental diet. I’m actually going to use only Dr. Ruscios formula.
One question that is burning me up: what about fungus over growth while on the elemental diet? In previous podcasts I’ve heard Dr. Ruscio saying there’s no risk of Candida or other fungus over growth while on elemental heal.
My friend has done the elemental diet twice and recommends taking anti fungals one week before starting and during the diet. I would love to hear your thoughts on this and did you take any anti fungals during your treatment.
    Thank you for sharing
    Raquel

    1. Hi Raquel
Do you have a fungal overgrowth that you’re also trying to treat as well as a bacterial overgrowth?
      Rebecca
